Hythe Visit

another lovely day although it did have a dull and cold moment midday. I visited the coastal town of Hythe after spending the morning in the Office. Hythe got its name from the fact that it was a hythe , or landing place, for Saltwood. The village of Saltwood lies north of Hythe on the high land overlooking the Romney Marsh, an area once famous for smuggling.

In the town i peruse a couple of charity shops after doing my main visit, and found these  CDs foe a quid each -

I also found this LP for a quid in a charity shop , which being mono and not the stereo version when it was re-released in 1966 , UK version of it, is worth twenty quid on Discogs, so that is where i put it for sale.

The Portishead album is one of those CDs that i use to have and lost some years back, so i was happy to get another copy of it.
