Do a visit to Sheerness this morning, only to find the charity shop closed for a refit and not opening till the 26th July. Have informed company already but what a waste of my time.

They still pay you a nominal fee for the wasted visit, don't they? The company I shop pays a small set fee for a closed or moved location.
