Perplexed

Well i thought i had solved his laptop problems but he could not get onto his emails on the Google Chrome platform nor anything else. Just been getting "searching for proxy server".

The same message come sup whether on wi-fi or wired with an Ethernet cable to the server. I am perplexed?
