Good day to ya all. For the past two and a half  hours I have been listening to   The Epic by Kamsai Washington. EPIC MODAL SPIRITUAL JAZZ. Just awesome music. Spread over three CD's  it is world  healing .. feel the power of  the spirits.

Posting tracks later on after I have done my pub food and drink visit.

CD finds Today

Having a lovely relaxing day in Canterbury.

Just finished my Sunday brunch - steak eggs and jacket potato with a pint of beer and a craft ale. The meal was delicious.

I also had a really good day finding bargains.The following CD's were a quid or about.

Best of the bunch though is the first one. But they are all great finds.

Reuben .

Oh brother, i forgot it was your anniversary
Just had a glance that was cursory
In my diary ,and hence there it is, o crap,
I know, i am so so cursed
But a reply to Reuben's challenge
As a poem is surely the first.

So now the exultations are in my apologetic lap
And although i have no forthcoming meeting
Planned, just accept this humble greeting
As i have no other option
Than to salute Reuben’s adoption.
