Well, since I have high blood pressure already, I have pills to take when I get stressed. I also use prayer and 'relaxation techniques'. Even a walk around the block can be helpful to 'use up' nervous energy and calm me.

I usually start by talking it over with my Hubby, who is my Best Friend! Depending on what the problem is, I may try to find books or online advice, or ask long time friends their opinion.

Yes, to some extent. I try not to let it 'bleed' into other areas of my life.
