Let's see, I usually will make sure the oven is on and throw something for supper in there. 2. Go to the bathroom. 3. Jump in the shower. 4. Finish up supper prep. 5. Sit in front of the tv and eat supper. lol...........
If I am dieting, it's a combination of a couple of these things. A bowl of cold cereal, yogurt, baby carrots with salad dressing to dip in, cucumber and salad dressing, some fruit.
Some days I am wide awake right away, other times I will drag for a couple of hours. Kind of depends on how well, I am sleeping. :p Hugs, Jon
