Quiet Day In The Bourne

Quite a nice sunny if cool day.

I had to get some more coat hangers. Recently the Quays had some donations given to them and i picked up some quality shirts and T shirts. Two from Slazenger and quite a few M&S short sleeve shirts as well.

This morning i hoovered my room and later will be using the laundry facilities to wash some clothes.

Between these tasks i will be reading.

I hope you didn't have to buy hangers. I have scads of them here and can't find anybody who will take them off my hands.

I'm in the US... would probably cost more to ship them to you than you spent to buy them. I just meant if you scrounged around there is probably someone like me looking to get rid of some.

You just reminded me that some of our charity shops have hangers that they throw out or sometimes put in a box outside for free taking.I shall keep my eyes peeled.

I think they must get inundated with them. I've asked our various thrift shops etc and nobody wants them. These are good quality heavy plastic hangars, too; not the flimsy ones from the dry cleaner
