Writer's Block: What a wonderful word

[Error: unknown template qotd]I don't have a particular favourite word but quite a few favourites , the main one being

BUFFOON

followed by

OXYMORON


and then there is

BUCOLIC

FUNKY

HEGEMONY

DIALECTIC


...  and so on.

You have to carry a dictionary all the time with your choice of words. An intellectual elitist!

Did not mean that to be harmful. Just saying that not all people carry those words in their daily lives.

A walking dictionary is different from a "heard/simple" one..No hardship should be applied to your daily absorption of ideas/realities etc...IMHO..

No worries, I took your broadside with a chuckle and relished the idea of walking around with a hefty dictionary. However, I did fail to expand on the reasons why these are my favourite words, which i might do in my next blog. I thankyou for your input.
