Stiff

Must have laid badly last night. Left upper arm stiff as a poker, and a bit painful, so i have rubbed some ibuprofen gel into it. Off soon for my visits.

Wet heat is what my chiropractor used to recommend. A hot shower or hot wet towels. Hope you get relief quickly!
