Stiff

Must have laid badly last night. Left upper arm stiff as a poker, and a bit painful, so i have rubbed some ibuprofen gel into it. Off soon for my visits.

Well, after a good few thick rubs if the gel and a few beers, well many , laced with other alcohol, it has been totally numbed.
