The law as it stands in the UK is supposed to protect trans people from this sort of treatment whether or not they have legal recognition. This local court authority is therefore in the process of breaking the law.

Whatever Tara Hudson may have done, she does not deserve cruel and unusual punishment.

And as I said in my original post, it's against UK law (I'm also trans so tend to need to know these things) so I don't know wtf the court authority thinks it is up to!

Sounds like a dirty move on their behalf to try and go around the law. That's shit. They should never get away with this. =/

Signatures are now almost up to 25k which means the authorities are required to act (anything over 10k requires a public statement).

I've been fighting this crap for forty plus years!
