1/ Drums Not Dead _ The Liars (Mute CD/DVD)
2/ Tanglewood Numbers - Silver Jews (Drag City CD)
3/ Vitamin B12 - Live 23/03/06 DVD - my own
4/ The Fall - Cerebral Caustic (Castle 2XCD)
5/ Downbeat The Ruler (Heartbeat CD)
6/ Scott Walker - Climate of Hunter (Virgin CD)
7/ Tropicalia (Soul Jazz CD)
8/ Beleza Tropical (Luaka Bop CD)
9/ Vitamin B12 - Badges (Tip Top double LP)
10/ Lol Coxhill - Dubois Solos (Nato CD)
11/ Khaled - The Best of The Early Years (Nascinete CD)
12/ 25 Years Of Rough Trade Shops (Rough Trade 4CD box)
It's funny since i haven't played the Rough Trade box till recently after awhile and rediscovering some old gems and forgotten memories. Drums Not Dread has been a sleeper for awhile and with each play it gets better and better and more profound. Yet to play the DVD side though of this great double which i bought for a song at Snoopers for £5 or currently at Resident for £12.99 !!!
The clocks went forward and so i had a ly-in for the lost hour. Perhaps we can keep it this way and not put them back again for winter.
Hmm, i wonder what the Notorious Big AKA The Evil Barbara is doing today. Killing cats or downsizing her workforce and then panicking because she has nobody to do her dirty work for her.One day perhaps she will regret her actions. What goes around comes around is what i say.

Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind.
Now then what a fool AP is. He is just wired up wrong. I met him in the street on Saturday in Brighton in Trafalgar Street but was on the mobile phone to GC at the time as i was going to post a CD i sold on ebay to a guy in Mexico. People are strange (also a famous Doors tune).

Just a small selection of my CD's,music Dvd's and vinyl which is near to 2000 items. It's a fair amount but not as big as Alasdair Willis's 5000 items or the lot that the late John Peel had.
Alasdairs' website is fascinating. Visit

This was sent to me a few moments ago via email and i just rolled on the floor in laughter so here is the limerick reprinted for your own amusement.
An interviwer called Andy Parr
Never drove himself a car
He rarely uses the post
When it really matters the most
Which is why he never gets very far!
What a hoot. Well that's all for now.
