If I am dieting, it's a combination of a couple of these things. A bowl of cold cereal, yogurt, baby carrots with salad dressing to dip in, cucumber and salad dressing, some fruit.
Some days I am wide awake right away, other times I will drag for a couple of hours. Kind of depends on how well, I am sleeping. :p
Hugs, Jon

I have a coffee and almond/chocolate biscotti very early and a little later I generally have something with eggs. This morning I'll probably have what I had yesterday morning - eggs scrambled with a little ham and some avocado on top. I think I'll chop up a small tomato this morning to mix in too.
Generally rather quickly. Though I also don't have too much of a problem taking a morning nap before work since the kitties wake me at 4am

Breakfast is a 'thing of change' for me at the moment. Not sure what I'll settle on. I am going to try the paleo diet next because the Clean Gut breakfast certainly doesn't work for me. Also, the Low FODMAPS diet included oats with sugar instead of honey. Tried that. No good.
I have a cup of herbal tea because by the time I relax and drink that I am fully awake. I used to be awake straight away but I'm getting older :P

Usually eggs and a piece of toast, fruit and coffee.
Most days I'm awake by the time I head downstairs to feed the cats. It's safer that way.

Usually I have brown sugar/cinnamon oatmeal or toast with honey and two pieces of bacon and coffee.
Sometimes I wake up really early but toss and turn so that by the time I do get up I'm already fully awake; sometimes I wake up so groggy and out of it that it takes awhile for me to become halfway coherent and 'human.'

Coffee and tea happen first; breakfast is usually either cereal or cottage cheese with honey and cinnamon; and it usually takes me about 16 hours to wake up. No, seriously, my alarm goes off at 6:30, and I leave bed at 7.

Just coffee. I feel pukey eating that early.
Forever. I have to set the alarm at least an hour before I actually need to be out of bed, then it takes about an hour to get ready.

I usually have tea and toast for breakfast.
It takes me forever to wake up because I'm not a morning person!

I often don't feel hungry in the morning and will skip breakfast, but if I do want something, it's usually oatmeal or toast, sometimes eggs.
It varies.

A glass of No Pulp Orange Juice and a small handful of Vitamins and Supplements.
It depends on the day, with working overnight. Sometimes until the first can of caffeine, or, like last night, not until after I've come home in the morning!
