Sunburst Books Rainham

As you walk up from Rainham station towards the main road, the A2, you will come across a bookshop. It does not look much from the outside but inside it is a cornucopia of books and CDs!

This is where I get all my classical CDs for "three for a quid". This also means that their DVDs are also three for a quid and you can mix them with the CDs.

Loads of Naxos labels here. Pop and other music to the left.

More classical, some on Marco Polo label and other stuff like soundtracks and so on.

Even more CDs here and these draws in the cabinet contain even more CDs of all  genres.

Plus more CDs, boxsets and books.

You could easily spend all day there perusing!!

I was in Longmont, Colorado in August helping a friend and was pleased to learn that a very good large bookstore there had survived the pandemic, along with a French cafe that has a wonderful cheese cave. I didn't have time to visit either, but my wife's brother lives near there so there's hope to visit both in the future.
