Relaxing Sundays

I arrived back in Seaford , around early evening i guess, went upstairs , started to read a book i had bought, and promptly fell asleep. Apparently, i had been snoring quite loudly or heavily, according to GC, when she arrived in from her work later that evening.

Today i shall be relaxing and watching a DVD that my brother gave me yesterday called Extraterrestrial, along with a fine writing instrument from the Isle of Wight.

So some relaxing classical music today. Claude Debussy and Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun

Enjoy.

More Cool Music

More music for this quiescent Sunday , starting with a track by Alphabets Heaven - Fornia.

Next up, brand new electronic music by Marsen Jukes - Penstla (these are album extracts and i want it!) which is out in April.

Blissed out chilled electronica. Enjoy!

Thanks to the current Wire magazine.

Cool Underground Music

Here is another unusual piece of music - Clocked Out with "Time Crystals"

Clocked Out plays Time Crystals (part 1)
13 explorations of perpetual motion, pattern, and crystalline structures in musical form. Using an intricately designed constellation of percussive and pianistic sounds, Erik Griswold and Vanessa Tomlinson create a kaleidoscope of shifting sound colours.

From Ricardo Donoso , a beautiful euphoric track called Gallicinium.

Enjoy.

Lachrimae

And now for something ancient yet sounding modern.

John Dowland and Lachrimae by Hesperion XX

This is lovely music whichever way you cut it, and the full 34 minutes of it is a joy to listen to. Just blissful reverie..

Coneheads

I watched that Dan Ackroyd movie Coneheads on Sky Movies this evening. Forgot how wacky and funny this low budget comedy film was.

We will blend in clip -
