jazzy_daveAn update on the situation with the brother of Lorna. He has had two strokes, the second one being severe, and that he had very high blood pressure. He has lost his speech and is hanging on for Lorna to arrive. He is in his forties.
Anyway, Lorna flies out tomorrow for a month. He is an iCU unit but i don't know where but i presume it is Manila. My heat goes out to the Castillo family.
Some Filipino food can have very high salt content especially dried fish and cured meats.Perhaps that is part of the reason for his high blood pressure but I am only guessing here. I shall be seeing L. sometime in November.
