I have set up a GMF Campaign for funds which can be either sent direct to the fund webpage or via my PayPal address -
jazzbodave@outlook.com
(This option is quicker than the GFM option as there is a seven day time lag with the other)
and the link to the campaign -

"A few weeks ago getting to work my cousin suffered a very badly torn ligament in his leg. and recently discovered a fracture in his leg from years back.
I am concerned about the plight of my cousin who felt all alone, and could not talk to anybody , not even me,. He is not in a good place , and is afraid that if he goes for the operation on his leg, which must be done, he will lose his job. I understand that, but his manager said his job is safe, but i wonder, well he wonders, will it be safe if he has this operation , and due to recovery, he will not be back working in full capacity till next April.
Also as he has been unable to walk very far without crutches he has relied on expensive taxi rides to Canterbury and Sittingbourne hospitals.
This also will put considerable financial restraints on both of us. Yet, if he does not get his leg operated on , as it is all black and blue , he will lose it. He said that the pain he has now is worse than when he had his heart attack and seems to be constant.
I am very worried about him, and i really want him to get better, but without the surgery , and the aftercare, i feel it will just get worse.
He is too proud to beg for help but i feel that financial help along the way , whether small or large , will be gratefully received. Please pass this on to your friends.
I hope you can help. Big thanks.
Thanks for reading.
Dave"
