Foggy Notion

Played a CD i haven't played for a very long time,and it sounds better now than it did when i bought it. I thought it was inintially just okay but now it's rather good. The Cd in question Fog by Fog (Ninja Tune 2001) so i will play it again to see if my judgement improves otheriwse it will be for sale again.

There are others which i will have to dig out to see if they still are good enough to stay in my select pile.

It's All About Books and Bric-A-Brac

More books went down to the stall at Snoopers today via my brother, Mike , who dumped some paperbacks and hardbacks,mostly mainstream,which doesn't really gel with the type of books we sell on the stall.Steviecat did say that Rowan might take umbrance with a Jeremy Clarkson book,so i hope it sells quickly. I can understand her point of view,as there are too my stalls selling the same old mainstream fodder and we need to be differnet for us to make people stop and purchase (hopefully).

Two items were guides to Egypt,and priced cheaply for a quick sale,as again we hardly have travel guides on the stall.

I took a pair of shoes which i hardly worn and found them to be quite uncomfortable,plus Mike's strange looking Discolator device (an item from QVC shopping channel by the looks of it - silly boy!).
The other items he gave me are too big for the glass cabinet at the moment ,such as some nice Wedgewood stuff, unless lots of stuff are removed from it or sold,and i think Lorna will bag those before i send them down.

I hope we have our meeting this week as i am eager to see how well or not i have done over the last two weeks.
