Hove Actually
Dec. 8th, 2006 10:53 amIn Hove today outside Lloyds Bank on ATM advertising. The weather was a bit inclement at first , with little cover available just outside the bank, but as the weather improved somewhat I finished all 12 interviews by 2.30 pm.By then, it was alot dryer but the whole day had been much colder than anticipated, and i had really cold feet and hands. So now (perhaps) it is time to bring out the winter thermals.
Visited GC - her leg in plaster as she had a minor fracture on her leg (when she fell down the stairs the other day) and will be out of action for at least four weeks , maybe six - it all depends how quickly the swelling goes down and how quickly it heals.
She will be able to get to the Xmas party at least, as David Bennett is driving us up to the venue on the 15th.
Popped into Snoopers this morning to offload some sale stuff and check if the stall neede tidying before my visit to Hove.
Tons of work to get through but i guess by the end of next week it will go quiet workwise until the new year. At last secured some PRS jobs from Maritz starting on Monday and two club visits early January, and a visit to Prompt Corner one early evening next week. PRS jobs involve noting down what music is being played in venues,(either live,CD or by a DJ), so that publishers and composers can get their monies paid to them. Music being a love of mine means that these jobs will be just up my street. In other words most suitable!
Sunday - SHE is back - Lorna (the significant other) returns from hr holiday!!
