Cheap CD's
Feb. 6th, 2007 10:57 pmA cheapo CD came through the post today - bought for only £1 from one of Amazon's partners called "Cherrystone's Hidden Charms" a collection of odd pyscho-funk and psych-rock goodies from the sixties and seventies.
Been finishing of the job for Plus 4 in Walthamstow today as it finishes tomorrow, but before then, i popped over to Covent Garden to drop the Abbey work from Friday and Sunday to HPI Research as they send you special delivery bags but you have to pay the fee yourself (it's not paid by them beforehand) and on four heavy silver bags it would come to about £24,so i hand delivered them all. Okay you will get the money back but i do not want to wait for that.
After dropping them off walked through Covent Garden to Fopp and picked up ta copy of "XFM Presents The A to X of Alternative Music" for £1,and the from Rays Jazz Shop inside Foyles, "Supermodel Supermodel" by Gail Brand,Tim Perkis,Gino Robair,John Shiurba and Matthew Sperry (Emanem) for £6 second hand ,and then the underground to Walthamstow.
Afterwards picked up two cheap CD's in the town of Walthmstow from charity shops at £2 each, "A Blue Conception" Various Artists (Blue Note CD) and "Clangers Original TV Music" (Trunk CD).
