Aug. 1st, 2007 07:49 amA phone call from GC cheered me up quite a bit yesterday. I am not the only one to have problems with Leyhaussen. Why is it that some companies seem to be so cavalier with paying on time? I find it confusing.
Watched two DVDs from Lovefilm yesterday, "Miracle In Milan" and Orson Welles's "A Touch of Evil",one of his best films and one which has always remained high on these chart and list programmes that Channel 4 seem to keep throwing out. Talking of that channel, watched later on that evening the rockumentary "Don't Look Back" on More4, Dylan's UK tour in the mid-sixties which is available on DVD.
From Heart Foundation shop in the 25p rack an Eartha Kitt LP "Not So Old Fashioned" (MFP) which has a psyched-up half-spoken version of Donovan's "Hurdy Gurdy Man".Stange compelling and groovy.
Just mystery shops today, one in Hove and one in Eastbourne.
