 Felt very rough this morning with catarrh and just feeling yucky. Anyway I took some linctus bought from Boots and some lemon and orange tea infusion. Feel quite alot better now,although not fully out of the woods.

Finished all the smoking diaries and so they can now be sent and done half of the cigarette placement job.

Found some nice singles,three for a pound, at the Mind charity shop, this morning with the best find being an Elmer Bernstein single called "Staccato's Theme" (Capitol). Full set is -
