Early start this morning. Had to be at the Withdan Sports Complex for 7.30 am to administer a self completion survey amongst users of the sports centre, and to check them over for any inconsistency in their answers. Fiinshed about 12 am and as AWN said done well befiore the time you had to leave.

Later on from Resident picked up a CD to complete my collection  of cool bugged out Jap garage -
Various Artists "GS I Love You" (Big Beat CD)  - this is the first in the series and so far as i know there is only two volumes, and i bought the second volume first, perversely. Great version of Arthur Brown''s "Fire" on this album!!

I guess it will not be the last as it seems a relatively untapped source for fuzzed out music.

Another reissue Lp but a good one bought from Rounder. Blues Magoos "Psychedlic Lollipops" (Mercury) which contains the best version of "Tobacco Road" i have heard yet  aside from s funky Jimmy McGifff version. Good sixties pysch-pop stuff.

Quite a few sixties music has been reissued from this garage / psych-rock period including a few West Coast Experimental Pop Group LP's which are quite tasty.

I shall be discovering some more esoteric sixties music in the coming months.
