Flight

 The bird has flown. Up in the air or already landed in Metro Manila. L started her holiday yesterday for the next 4 weeks.Leaves me on my own, No BB,no soaps,no Britains Got Talent or X Factor, and lots of freedom to choose what i want to watch. (Tee hee). Downside i have to cook for myself, etc but hey that's okay. I can do a mean poached egg!

Three days of heavy workload and making sure that group went well means today i am going to relax. Not even doing any household chores such as hoovering. That can be done later.

No boot fair this morning either due to engineering works on both coastway lines from Brigfhton. Just catching up with stuff i already bought including yesterday from the street market. These will be detailed in a separate post.

The only thing i need to do is clear some paperwork today.

Busy!

 Haven't done that paperwork yet. Been diggin' for vniyl again - this time at BHASVIC this morning , lunch, and then seeing Ric at Across The Tracks and  ending up at the Evening Star - met Rob (the enviromentalist) and chatted with him for awhile. Gave him my blogging site and the forum site (here and VG+). Then meeting GC at 7PM  to do a PRS event in Tunbridge Wells this evening. Just too busy for much else! 

Will have to do a freebie giveaway on VG+ soon as there is stuff that is filling up space so to speak and i need that space for new vinyl stuff, a sort of "hello carpet" moment then.

Picked up three CDs from BHASVIC for a quid total, and to make up the three i got Coldplay "XYZ" album (as GC likes Coldplay). Not bad actually, might even upload it to my drives on the PC. Maybe they are a bit bland power pop rock but its really quite good. Shit, am i ageing?   (no don't reply to that!!)

Duck Soup

 Just got back from Tunbridge Wells. Nice hotel, well Inn actually. They had two Kent ales on, Spitfire and Master Brew plus Harveys Best. The live band was called Duck Soup (sounds like a starter of a three course lunch).Pretty good live rock band. Which leads me back to Coldplay. Decided not to upload after listening to the album as i i fell asleep midway. I think Coldplay have that affect on people but anyway,GC seemed pleased with it. So scrub the idea that i thought it was good as i only listened to two tracks before going out, which is quite unrepresentative of the CD as a whole. 

Damn, digging myself into a hole again. Okay Coldpaly is boring and, LJ is not "my site" and VG+ is "not a blogging site",it is a forum. Red is not black,sweet is not sour and accuracy is not what it is cracked up to be.

Apparrently cooler from the middle of the week.Thank goodness.
