Tuesday
Visited the rekkie shop at the bottom end of Trafalgar Street ,(where they do the spray cans and grafffti art kits).Stuff up there to Scatter your brain in a molten fudge, but because i was only on limited time being busy with work ,picked up two albums - a Quincy Jones collection on Picwick and a collection of Scott Walker songs dead cheap. Quid each a piece.
Also a JOHN ADAMS LP "The Chairman Dances" (Nonesuch) for £2 from Oxfam charity shpo whilst in Hove on the way to do an instore survey at Neville Road Co-op..this is the one next to the Dog Race track.
A message from Carlos the other day. He has a spare Technics deck going and wondered if i would be interested in it. You bet i am. It will replace the old Bush MT-1 which i can then sell on,and my two decks with mxer will be complete.
Wednsday AM
Sorted out some more records this morning for trades and freebie giveaways, including a spare copy of the Shilrey Bassey album with the two Johnny Harris produced tracks which vinyl vultures should know about, esp her version of "Light My Fire". The album is dead easy to find in chazzers though.
Over to Peacehaven today but doubt i will find anything of interest over ther, but who knows?
