KP Nick's Birthday Bash at Evening Star

Friday it was KP Nick's birthday party down at the Evening Star pub. I supplied a sixties music mix CD for the party, It started at roughly just over 7pm. He had some delicious sausages and potatoes cooked in beef fat for the punsters who came to celebrate his birthday like myself..

Nick is an old fashioned bookseller who has done the Brighton station boot fair before it ended. He now sells his secondhand books down at the university or in Lewis market.

It was a really good night and i stayed there till ten quaffing some nice real ale and having these gorgeous sausages.Even the potatoes were superb and lovely.

Saturday i did wake up with a bit of a hangover but a quick shower soon got rid of it.

Just one thing, i don't understand why he is called KP?

Ideally it should be none whatsoever. But being a public figure will put you in the limelight. Voters then may think less of you but as long as you are responsive to your constituents it should not matter one halfpenny what people think.
