Tenderden Trip
Jun. 22nd, 2012 06:43 pmAfter the usual twice weekly stint in Sittingbourne I took a bus to Tenderden today to do a charity shop visit. Bought two books and a CD for a fiver.
The books are -
Carlos Ruiz Zafon “The Shadow of The Wind” (Phoenix),

which i have already read the first fifty pages,
and
Jonathan Safran Foer “Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close” (Penguin)

The CD is by Stars “Set Yourself On Fire” (City Slang) . I remember The Wire magazine gave this a good review back in 2005, and i can concur it is a lovely album.
