Yesterday was nice and sunny. Today dull and overcast, which is a metaphor for the way i feel today, so took off to Faversham this afternoon to try and brighten my day up.

Ended up buying some very cheap books from second hand bookshops and charity shops, and bought some pipe tobacco. The combination of shag in my pipe, and a good book might alleviate the malaise.

I shall list the books later when I return to that sleepy hollow twixt this town and Sittingbourne.

A day that you could say nothing of worth has been done.
