Tonbridge and Bromley
Nov. 9th, 2012 09:13 amWednesday morning I travelled over to Tonbridge and got some insight into Cash Converters and then took the 402 bus from there to Bromley for another charity shop visit. I have been as far as Sevenoaks on the said bus but not beyond. It took me through Downes, where Charles Darwin lived and wrote his “Origin of Species”, via Knockholt and then Bromley. On the way it went through some lovely countryside (part of the Kent downs) and a lovely village called Farnborough Village (not to be confused with the more famous one in Hampshire).
Today I will be in Canterbury and off to Brighton tomorrow for the weekend in South Chailey.
