Mike , who took this photograph, called us the two toe-rags, me and Graeme, enjoying a beer with my brother at Bellota's, Brighton.

A slightly cooler and duller day, and for once, a day of mostly being indoors. Felt pretty lethargic anyway. Also, other things are now preoccupying me as we now back on the latest broadband from BT , rather than that 3 mobile dongle, thus faster broadband.

Discovered Amazon's Cloud and i have 250 songs on it from purchases i have made. They also gave me 32 songs for free from a Domino label sampler.

Last night i watched a downloaded BBC 4 documentary on the recently deceased Bobby Blue" Bland. He was a fine blues and soul singer, and i did have quite a few of his singles on the Duke label. Some of these tracks will be played at my August gig at the Northern Lights.

Picked up from the Ashford Sue Ryder chazzer on Thursday a boxed DVD set of the first series of "My Name Is Earl"  for only £3.5o. Might watch some of that tonight.

I presume that Julian of Fine Records in Hove will be reading this , but on Monday he is getting married  and the venue is ace, no less than the Sussex County Cricket ground in Hove. Wish i was there, mate but have a good day.
