This morning I watched a couple of catch-up TV programmes - music from the Proms on Friday, specifically Beethoven's Seventh Symphony , and from Saturday , Wallander (the original Swedish version). Then I hoovered upstairs , had a wash and shave, and now listening to that début  D'Angelo CD "Brown Sugar" - a classy sexy soul album in that groove that Marvin Gaye got on "I Want You". .

I would love to have  bit of brown sugar , such as Harry's ex-girlfriend ,as she is an ebony beauty par excellence. Oh, and Harry is Kev's son, but he is a bit of a plunker dumping her.

First, a link to my brother's blog site on birding -

It is well worth a read folks.

Secondly, met our new neighbours who arrived yesterday next door to the left of us. Anna and her dog, Harry, some type of terrier , but very friendly. They seem to be a quiet couple. They have yet to hear our music up loud.

Well i did play some soul, a bit of trip hop, some modern classical, and some junglist drum n' bass this morning a bit loud.

They were -

D'Angelo - Brown Sugar
Mr Scruff - Trouser Jazz
Gorecki - Symphony No 3
T Power - The Self Evident Truth Of An Inquisitive Mind

Quite eclectic really.
