After The Long Days
Sep. 13th, 2013 05:18 pmThis has been a day for relaxing after having had two long days spent in the lovely town of Tunbridge Wells. I did a leisure centre survey in the strets of the twon just outside the back end of Next (Camden Road to be precise). Thirty odd interviews per day which i had to transfer online from the interview questionnaire, which alone take up at l;east an hour just entering the data.
However, for one hundred and fifty quid for the two days, it was a minor irritation. I also did a Ryman's vist and a Wetherspoons visit in Sevenaoks after i done my quota, and thus with the two mystery shops i had earned about a hudred quid for teh day.
I was late back getting from Sevenoaks, and as it was well past eleven in the evening I decided to pop into the local pub. A bad move. Phil had come down from upstairs, and litte Steve was with a friend.. I walked back from the pub sometime after three in the morning.
Next week will be , thankfully, a quiet one, and no major visits are planned till the week after whch will include Ashford, Tenderden and Rye.
For now, it is catch time with some books i am reading. No more early starts and late returns for a long while.
