Cool Shoes

This morning i tried the new shoes on again as i shall be using hem today. They are so comfortable and springy. Infact, an excellent walking shoe. I like the style and colours. So cool ! Thank yo mystery shopping!

Last night i was listening to an old techno house mix i made. I might use some of it on Saturday. It really depends on the crowd and I often play it by ear. I don't have a fixed playlist but just let it flow organically.

Off to Sittingbourne today. Spending a couple of hours  or up to three hours in the Office  from midday. Well, it will be alot warmer in there as it is another dull overcast day with precipitous moments of downpour.

Almost There

Before I popped into the Office i took the bus over to Faversham to sell some books at Past Sentence. Just four paperbacks sold out of five , but at least the one that they did not take is one which i might read again at some point.

I will soon be reaching my fiftieth read of the year so after a period where i think i would not reach that total, it is achievable before Xmas comes. 

The Tunnel

Just watched the 6th episode of The Tunnel, the Sky drama based on the Swedish / Danish one called The Bridge. It is getting very dark,and along with Sleepy Hollow , is one of the best TV dramas on right now.

An Adventure In Time And Space

Just watched the BBC 2 drama "An Adventure In Time And Space" which was aired last night. This was the early years of the Doctor as played by William Hartnell from the beginning in 1963. I don't remember the first four episodes with the cavemen but then the Daleks came, and from that moment a TV legend was born. I also remember watching the Dalek episodes from behind the sofa as i would have been seven at the time.

I am still a fan of the show, and look forward to the Day of The Doctor tomorrow night, except I will have to watch it on catch-up as i shall be preparing for my DJ gig. Oh well.
