Another lovely day in which i went to Faversham and sold some paperbacks at Past Sentence and then came back home with more books than i took.

My cousin decided to tag along with me, so we had to end up in some pubs sampling some ales in my case and Guinness in his case. This was after a few lagers in the morning and some drinks down the George pub last night.

A charity shop in Faversham was closing down and moving up the same road to occupy a space that was once an off-license, and hence had two trellises outside advertising free books to take away. So i got these -

Rommel? Gunner Who? A Confrontation in the…The Footpaths of Britain: A Guide to Walking…England's vanishing windmills by A. E.…Poetical Works 1833-1864 (Oxford Paperbacks)…Making of the British Countryside by Ron…

Monty - His part in My Victory by Spike…Where Have All the Bullets Gone? (War…The Book of the Goons by Peter SellersTreasures of the Armada by ROBERT STENUITHancock's half hour by Ray Galton

The staff said that they are moving to the new premises at the end of the week forthcoming and need to get rid of lots of books to enable them to move into the smaller sized shop.Getting any quality book for free is ace!
