I was out in the garden earlier today, and decided to take some pictures of the flowers coming into bloom or already bloomed.








it got quite hot out there. I was reading another book on the French deconstructionist philosopher , Jacques Derrida.

To Be Frank

This week i might be able to get closer to the mystery of Midas Books, The author Malcolm John and whether he was related to Baggins Book Bazaar in Rochester or not. I will be doing some  charity shop visits in the Medway area on Wednesday, and one of them is in Rochester.

This will upset the close reading of these posts by those who thought i would be elsewhere  this week, but as things turn out, and with my next DJ gig the following Wednesday, the monthly lunch club in Brighton will now be the following midweek day. Suffice to say, Phil will not be able to come down on this occasion. So there is nothing to be frantic about. Cousin though the same but frankly, like deconstruction, the play between this week and next week in undecidable, unstable in the hinterland between logos and non logos, ontology and hauntology  - oops been reading too much Derrida.

Think i better  stop before i turn in to a francophone. Au revoir for now
