Winter and SAD
Nov. 16th, 2014 11:03 amSo after a wet dull morning yesterday, the afternoon turned out to be quite okay. I missed the fast bus from Deal back to Canterbury by two minutes, and i was cursing a bit, until the 13 bus arrived. This goes back to Canterbury via Sandwich, Ash and Littlebourne. Trouble is , with these winter months it was soon dark, and hence you could not see much from the bus.
The background to all this is simply the fact i really do hate the winter months. It can be so drab and dreary. This morning, for example, was so misty it was like walking through pea soup. It is dull and overcast and i am sure it affects my moods.A mild case of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD for short) perhaps? I don't know it how is with you guys and gals, but does the weather , and in particular, winter , affects your moods?
