A visit to Sevenoaks today in which i had to try on dome men's fashion clothes and had to make a purchase of minimum of ten quid, so i bought two pairs of socks.

I also picked up the latest Wire magazine with Roscoe Mitchell on the front cover. He was part of the AACM. Now that to you non jazz folk means Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians. This is a non-profit organization, founded in Chicago, Illinois, United States, by pianist/composer Muhal Richard Abrams, pianist Jodie Christian, drummer Steve McCall, and composer Phil Cohran. Early members included Henry Threadgill, Anthony Braxton, Jack DeJohnette, Wadada Leo Smith, Leroy Jenkins, Amina Claudine Myers, Adegoke Steve Colson, Chico Freeman, George Lewis and the Art Ensemble of Chicago: Lester Bowie, Roscoe Mitchell, Joseph Jarman, Famoudou Don Moye, and Malachi Favors.

Anyway, I found a couple of books in the town for fifty pence each.

Tomorrow i shall most likely stay at home,

He called his constructions sonambient sculptures.

A member of the AACM is Muhal Richard Abrams and the title track from Blu Blu Blu.

Next up, Usha Uthup and Fever, from the "Usha in Nairobi" LP that i sold today.

And finally the Roscoe Mitchell Sextet - Ornette
