Off to Sussex.

Ah typical. The day i am doing a long trek Brighton and Hove way , it is raining and the clouds are dark and portentous. The raven is tap tap a-tapping at my window. Oops, Poe is getting to me.

Anyway, first port of call will be Hove, as i can pop in to see Julian at Fine Records. I have some CD's to sell to him. Then the charity shop visit before i head back into Brighton to do my two observational visits. Then head back. No dillydallying today.

Discovery

I had a discovery this morning, but to my cost though, as i bought an Arriva Explorer ticket fr £7.20 but found that Brighton & Hove buses no longer accept it due to a situation with Stagecoach some time ago. Albeit, i had to buy the Network Saver ticket for seven quid from the bus driver in Tunbridge Wells. However, the Brighton & Hove bus driver did inform that i could buy a Discovery ticket from Arriva , much like their own, which would allow me all the way to go to Brighton. So why did i not now about it from Arriva! Jeez!

So , somewhat out of pocket - BY SEVEN QUID - , and that it has been pissing down with rain and looking grim, i am in Brighton about to go to Hove. Julian's day off today so I will not be able to sell him those classical CD's i brought with me, and i know no other place that would sell them as i have already tried Wax Factor and Across The Tracks.

Oh well, just hope the rest of the day is drier.Or better!

Sunshine At Last!

Well, after doing my charity shop visit in Hove,I then popped into Fine Records, and despite Julian not being there, sold three classical CD's for a fiver. Not brillaint bout beter than nothing. Others will go back home with me.

Picked up a book and CD from my mystery shop for three quid. Off to Brighton next to do the two observational visits.

Plus, the sun is out now at last!
