Awake

Something woke me up. It was two cats in the street having a fur fight , or at least it seemed that way. not Flo, as she is curled up fast asleep and never goes out at night. I did sleep for a few hours between eight and ten in the evening , and that is probably another reason i am now awake.

I did watch on the iPlayer Mastermind followed by two episodes of Eggheads. One of the contestant's special subject in the former show was modern jazz, and i had to have a whoot whoot on that one, and surprisingly did well myself. After the general knowledge section mister jazzman was the winner going through to the semifinals.

I also finished off some reports from my visit to Folkstone. Saturday, well later today, i will be traveling towards Tenterdeb again. Weather forecast is for it to start sunny and become overcast by afternoon.

Might try and do a power nap now.

A lot cooler today , and hence journeying again. This time to Tenterden and Ashford. Weather is a bit overcast and the sun is being coy about coming out of the clouds.

Done all my visits. Got home just after six, had eggs and bacon with toast, and then listened to some music loudly. I had a mid nineties feel going on with some drum n' bass, trip hop and other manner of esoteric grooves from that period.

A bit of a nostalgia trip for me as well.

The reports for these visits i was going to do when i got home, but as the time is rapidly winding forward towards the future , i think i will, or more precisely , most definitively will, do the reports tomorrow morning with a fresh mind.

Even the weather improved culminating in quite a hot afternoon by five , with loads of heliotropic rays slowly tanning the skin. Plus i have had a few beers today, two in Ashford and two in Faversham plus a can just a few minutes ago.
