Well another cliffhanger and having to wait a week for the next episode. One of the best episodes so far. This season of Doctor Who is turning out to be aright corker. It seems to be getting better and better.

Wow! What a gorgeous sunny day. Feel more like September than November - and i went walking down to Seaford town centre to pick up some bits and a newspaper for GC in just T shirt and shorts.

Forgot to bring the camera though. However, i did have a can of coder on a quiet bench smoking the pipe and communing with nature. I saw a ladybird and let it go over my hand. Maybe i will get some good luck from it.

I took some photos whilst i was in Brighton on Saturday. These were taken in Surrey Street near the Evening Star pub.

After my visit to Brighton yesterday i popped over to Lewes to look around, and pick up an item for GC from Fat Face. I had fallen asleep on the train from Brighton, and woken up by the guard just before Glynde, on the way to Hastings. luckily they did not charge me extra for the extra stop and said that a train would be heading back to Lewes within eight minutes. Hence the pic of Glynde station. It was now over four in teh afternoon.

Lewes now has a Waterstones and i quickly perused the shop before heading back to Seaford.

Richard Appignanesi "Introducing Freud: A Graphic Guide" (Icon Books)

Freud revolutionized the way we think about ourselves. His psychoanalytic terms such as Id, Ego, libido, neurosis and Oedipus Complex have become a familiar part of our everyday vocabulary. But do we know what they really mean?

Freud for Beginners successfully demystifies the facts of Freud's discovery of psychoanalysis. Irreverent and witty but never trivial, the book tells the story of Freud's life and ideas from his upbringing in nineteenth century Vienna, his early medical career and his encounter with cocaine to the gradual evolution of his theories on the unconscious, dreams and sexuality. With its combination of brilliantly clever artwork and incisive text, Freud for Beginners has achieved international success as one of the most entertaining and informative introductions to the father of psychoanalysis.
