Apr. 21st, 2016 02:34 amOoh i am in the mood for jungle . drum and bass bass heavy grooves and rolling kicking drum beats again - and hence play loud.
So what is DnB ?
Drum and bass (also written as drum 'n' bass and commonly abbreviated as D&B, DnB or D'n'B) is a genre of electronic music which emerged from rave and old school jungle scenes in England during the early 1990s.[ The style is often characterized by fast breakbeats (typically between 150–180 beats per minute[4]) with heavy bass and sub-bass lines, sampled sources, and synthesizers.
The popularity of drum and bass at its commercial peak ran parallel to several other homegrown dance styles in the UK including big beat and hard house. Drum n bass incorporates a number of scenes and styles. A major influence on jungle and drum and bass was the original Jamaican dub and reggae sound. Another feature of the style is the complex syncopation of the drum tracks' breakbeat.
My favouirte subgenre of D m' B is ambient drum & bass. That is, atmospheric drum & bass, Intelligent drum & bass, Jazzy drum and bass or Intelligent jungle which has a smoother style, influenced by ambient music, chillout, jazz and Soul music.

Today in Brighton
Apr. 21st, 2016 08:08 pmHad a great day in Brighton with the lads and Lesley. Phil picked me up at ten and we arrived just a few minutes before opening time at the Evening Star pub.
Phil and i tried the purple beer before the lads came.
Even the toilet graffiti is more intellectual.
We had lunch at Bella Italia, which use to Bellota (a Spanish tapas restaurant).. The pizza was absolutely delicious.
