Relaxing Day
Apr. 8th, 2017 08:49 pmThe landscape may have changed but the friends that are still here have not. That was the major thought of the day, in which i have been relaxing, listening to music or the radio and then in the afternoon sunbathing in the gardens at the Quays.
My Soft Machine 2 album arrived in the post and i was listening to that today, as well as one by Kevin Ayres and The Waterboys,
The weather was really nice and sunny again and tomorrow it is forecast to be even better.

Black Cat Boogie
Apr. 8th, 2017 09:24 pmThe black cat was around again.Must have got into the building where we have our breakfast and where the gym is, as i saw from our communion kitchen through the window, one of the support workers retrieving the cat from said building.
Later on ,when i carried the puss to our kitchen area, i gave this gorgeous friendly kitty some Dreamies.

Explored the kitchen area for awhile, then intimated to me to open the fire doors to allow her out into the sunny day.
Night see the cat later.

Apr. 8th, 2017 10:31 pmFrom the tank of music past here is another mixed bag -
Soft Machine - Dada Was Here
Dada Was Here
- Thank You Pierrot Lunaire
- Have You Ever Bean Green?
- Pataphysical Introduction - Pt II
- Out If Tunes
Soft Machine were an English rock band from Canterbury, named after the book The Soft Machine by William S. Burroughs. They were one of the central bands in the Canterbury scene, and helped pioneer the progressive rock genre. Though they achieved little commercial success, they are considered by Allmusic to be "one of the more influential bands of their era, and certainly one of the most influential underground ones."
