Tonight

Relaxed and shining
Was the order of the day
The weather was sultry ,inviting,
Sunbathed and gleaming
Some jazz later in the day
Evening catch up with superhero TV
Then some liver and bacon, mash and peas
Read some Kerouac,Corso and Kesey
Drunk some vino, and retired to the Quays.
