If you think anything is original then think again. Art is often a flagrant act of borrowing from various perspectives which this lovely tantalising book exposes. It is a provocative survey of a complex subject that kept me glued to the pages. Chock full of colour photographs and prints just adds to the scabrous delights within. As Picasso once said “Art is theft”.

Tenterden and St.Leonards Visit

The ubiquitous unfathomable English weather has struck again. After what seemed to be a glorious sunny morning the afternoon turned upside down into a squally rain soaked day. That is ,for most of the afternoon as i am held up inside a pub at the moment before i go home.Well,that is my excuse to have a few beers.

I did a couple of charity shop visits : one in Tenterden and one in St.Leonards On Sea. From these covert shops i picked up a teapot and a milk jug, a T shirt, and a CD.

The CD is two albums by Max Roach -
The Max Roach Trio - Hasaan and Drums Unlimited
For only fifty pence !

Probably the best find of the day except for the china teapot and jug,

Thursday Musings

On my way home
 on the 100  bus known as the Wave
      It is the coastal route from  Hastings
                Goes via Winchelsea, Rye, Lidd ,Camber, Hythe, Folkestone and finally
                                   DOVER


Easter came upon us quick
That means tomorrow and Monday is a bank holiday
which means the bsues will be on a Sunday service -
Blame damn religion for this.

Mini rant over.

It has beennan bit chilly toady - almost April and no sign of that
warmer weather.

It cannot come soon enough.
