Sunny and Breezy
May. 3rd, 2018 08:49 amThe frecast for the rest of the week is sunny intervals and breezy with the best day being next week's Bank Holiday Monday where it will reach 26 degrees.
Today GC is heading off to Gatwick for her ten days away.
I will probably browse Seaford town centre today - that is - peruse the charity shops for bargains.

CD Finds in Seaford
May. 3rd, 2018 08:16 pmI found some fine album perusing the charity shops in Seaford, and one CD in paericlar that was definirely on my list.
Anyway, these are what i found -
Mel Torme - Sings Sunday In New Tork (Atlantic)
The Modern Jazz Quartet - Introducing ..(Rhino / Atlanric)
Dizzie Rascal- Boy In Da Corner (XL Recordings)
Beck - Mutations (Geffen)
Pat Metherney / Ornette Coleman - Song X (Geffen)
This Ornette CD was the realfind of the day. Pat is taken out of his smoothish bland jazz into angular urgent shards of free jazz fever.
Charlie Haden,Jack de Johnette and son Denardo add to the polyrhythmic spree.
