Good Morning

Phew!

Busy day ahead. Visits in Maidstone, Chatham, Birchington On Sea and Westwood Cross. That is five covert shops and the weather will be slightly cooler reaching 31 C today. However, tomorrow will be the big kahuna. Top temp here in the south-east will be 37 C !!!!!

That day Phil and I will be driving to Brighton for the monthly lunch club.

I left 9:18 on the bus this morning and missed all this happening in Ospringe apparently.

Round Robin Trip Completed

Another scorcher reaching 32 Ctodaywith 68 per cent humidity. Luckily it had become breezier during the latter part of the day but tonight will be muggy. I have been outside with a mug of chai tea in just my underpants to cool down a bit as we have no AC to cool the inside.

I did manage to complete all my five visits, three techy ones, a charity shop and a sandwich shop. At the charity shop, I bought a T-shirt for £3, and it had this map of the USA on it.



Back in Canterbury I just had to have a cold drink.



A craft ale from Brains Brewery in Wales at 5.3 % ABV.

I also picked up some pipe tobacco from the newsagents opposite.

Think I will shower again before bedtime.
