Wednesday Wonderings
Nov. 20th, 2019 08:58 amWell, yesterday started fine when I did Ashford and Canterbury, and I know I should have stopped then. Then things went a little pear-shaped when I went over to Bluewater. This partly due to the fact that I spent too much time on the second visit and had not factored in the time it would take to get the third visit. I arrived late and the spot-check I was going to do failed. So sanguinely I thought to myself, next time allow yourself some slack.
At least today is less fraught with just three visits in one location.
One thing I have noticed is the cold. It is much colder now and mornings are frosted over. It is that crisp cold as to the other damp chill in your bones cold.
Sales on eBay have seemed to dry up as well. Is it because everyone is waiting for Black Friday?
Hopefully, things will pick up. Although I still blame Brexit for this malaise.

Nov. 20th, 2019 03:59 pmI have just completed a charity shop visit and now off to the hospital to do three visits there. Coffee and eateries in particular.
Another Day Done
Nov. 20th, 2019 09:45 pmWell, another cold day and feeling extremely wintry. Did all my visits and the extra chazzer one.
Received my evaluation from my new company Helion and got 100 per cent for an excellent report - which I am very pleased with.
Looks like my old Chromebook has ha it. Spilt some liquid on it accidentally and now it is not working very well at all. The keyboard has become dysfunctional. I still have an excellent HP laptop but is slower on loading up and has Windows 10 - however, I will miss my small Acer Chromebook. It has been a hard-working machine throughout the years I have had it.
Finally caught up with Monday's Counterpoint. Did very well with the music quiz, which even surprised me lol!
