Sunday Slouching

Another slouching Sunday that is drawing to an end. I have been rewatching Buffy episodes on Prime. Enjoying the episodes and the principle underlying philosophy of existentialism and absurdism via Sartre and Camus that is imbued within the series.

Lunch was my usual Chilli-con-Carne with Mexican rice. Seems to have  become a staple weekend choice for me. Well, as in existentialism - you always have a choice, sometimes not a good choice but a choice nonetheless.

I am still hearing the occasional fireworks going off despite Guy Fawkes Day being over a few days ago. It is getting slightly annoying. Or it might have been fireworks to celebrate Biden's win and if so, I am in favour. 

Tonight in around two hours time begins season 2 of His Dark Materials on BBC 1. In the States, it is on HBO a week later! I am looking forward to this new season.
