Back In Faversham
Feb. 11th, 2022 05:34 pmI am now back home. I left Brighton at ten this morning and arrived home at three in the afternoon. Just three buses needed and still much cheaper than the train.
I will call my bro every day until we return to Brighton for the funeral on the 21st – which is a Monday. Phil will be picking me up.
For now, I am relaxing at home listening to some jazz fusion. Pat Metheny at the moment. Oh, and enjoying some Kendal Black Cherry pipe shag.

He adored Ros, was never far from her, always chose her lap for a cuddle. I see him sniffing at the sofa where Ros used to sit. At night-time he often lays on a pair of Ros' boots, left on the floor in the bedroom. I don't have the heart to move them.
He has however over the last few nights allowed me to pick him up and give him a cuddle. I need this as much as he does. I love Riley so much...
