Being diabetic, I can't eat too much in the way of sweet stuff for pudding. (It's always "pudding" to me, regardless of what the meal actually is.) So usually it's just fruit or yoghurt or something. As an occasional treat, I really like lemon cake or (maybe once a year) tiramisu.
Drinks: orange juice for breakfast, generally something like apple juice for other meals. Usually diluted half-and-half with water to reduce the sugar content. Occasional cider or perry (none of this "pear cider" stuff!) with a stew or similar meal. With fish and chips, I might have tea, beer or ginger beer shandy.
